CoreForm NYC — Terms & Conditions

Welcome to CoreForm NYC. By booking a class, purchasing a membership, or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Classes & Bookings

  • Reservations are required for all classes.

  • Please arrive on time; late arrivals may not be permitted to join once class begins.

  • CoreForm NYC reserves the right to change instructors, class formats, or schedules at any time.

2. Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Class cancellations must be made at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled start time to avoid forfeiting the session.

  • Late cancellations and no-shows may result in loss of class credit or a fee.

3. Memberships & Class Packs

  • All sales are final. Memberships and class packs are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Expiration dates are set at the time of purchase and cannot be extended.

  • Auto-renew memberships will continue billing to the card on file until canceled.

4. Payments

  • Payments are processed securely through our scheduling platform (Arketa/Stripe).

  • By purchasing, you authorize CoreForm NYC to charge your card for the selected plan and for recurring payments if applicable.

5. Studio Etiquette

  • Respect for instructors, staff, and fellow clients is expected at all times.

  • CoreForm NYC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

6. Health & Safety

  • By booking, you confirm that you are physically able to participate in fitness activities and have no medical condition that would prevent safe participation.

  • Participation is at your own risk and subject to our Waiver & Release of Liability.

7. Amendments

CoreForm NYC reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the latest version.
