Welcome to CoreForm NYC. By booking a class, purchasing a membership, or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Classes & Bookings
Reservations are required for all classes.
Please arrive on time; late arrivals may not be permitted to join once class begins.
CoreForm NYC reserves the right to change instructors, class formats, or schedules at any time.
2. Cancellations & No-Shows
Class cancellations must be made at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled start time to avoid forfeiting the session.
Late cancellations and no-shows may result in loss of class credit or a fee.
3. Memberships & Class Packs
All sales are final. Memberships and class packs are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Expiration dates are set at the time of purchase and cannot be extended.
Auto-renew memberships will continue billing to the card on file until canceled.
4. Payments
Payments are processed securely through our scheduling platform (Arketa/Stripe).
By purchasing, you authorize CoreForm NYC to charge your card for the selected plan and for recurring payments if applicable.
5. Studio Etiquette
Respect for instructors, staff, and fellow clients is expected at all times.
CoreForm NYC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
6. Health & Safety
By booking, you confirm that you are physically able to participate in fitness activities and have no medical condition that would prevent safe participation.
Participation is at your own risk and subject to our Waiver & Release of Liability.
7. Amendments
CoreForm NYC reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the latest version.
